I am pleased to announce the publication of my latest book (under the EGB Books UK label) – “Frozen in Time”.

This has been produced as a photographic tribute to the sport of Figure Skating – one of the sports I have covered extensively during my career. The book looks at the different competitive disciplines of the sport and also features its inherent qualities and aspects of artistry and teamwork. The intention has been to create an original book that takes a different look at the sport. It is a large format book (12″ x 12″), printed on high quality photo paper, with 108 pages and 256 colour images – a true collector’s item and souvenir for all who love the sport. Many of the current generation of top international skaters are featured as well as images of those competing in the sport for leisure and recreation. The words of skaters and coaches are used as quotes and these give an added significance to the themes of the photo spreads.

The link for the printed book is below;

A legend in his lifetime

It has been a privilege to produce my latest book ‘A legend in his lifetime” featuring the phenomenal Japanese gymnast Kohei Uchimura. Unquestionably this is a gymnast who has placed himself at the top of the ranking of all time greats by his exceptional achievements – six consecutive World All Around titles and the Olympic title in 2012.The original version of this book has now been updated to include his outstanding achievements at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio – a team gold medal and a gold medal in the All Around.

This book has been created as a tribute to a gymnast whose career is in no way completed and who with good luck could finally retire after the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

The book comprises 66 pages and 107 colour and black and white photographs and is available in hardback and softcover; a further preview can be seen by clicking this link   http://www.blurb.co.uk/b/7285981-a-legend-in-his-lifetime

An e book version will be available shortly.

I have included a small selection of pages from the book which will give an indication of the topics covered and which include action and portrait images taken during his career so far.

Please respect the copyright of these images.
